OmniOutliner-Users Digest, Vol 2, Issue 7

There are a few charming little quirks between our shared language
across the pond (British english vs American English), but by and large
I reckon they're all taken care of by the system/cocoa (UK spellings in
spell check etc.).

Other countries use different placings of comma's and decimial points
(france has some pretty kooky usage), but I can't think of anything
else.
