ListPro Palm/PPC Sync

I checked the archives and, while there's been recent threads on 
synchronizing with outlining software, I didn't see anyone mention 
ListPro (http://www.iliumsoft.com/site/lp/listpro.htm), which is 
functionally the closest thing to OmniOutliner that I've come across 
(sans the elegant interface IMO). It has the ability to add user 
columns and outlining.

On the PocketPC, ListPro saves to a file and I'm sure the Palm version 
can't be that different. While Illumsoft provides a Windows client for 
the file, they don't provide anything for the Mac. OmniOutliner would 
be an awesome means of being able to be able to read the ListPro files! 
Does anyone know of any converter/conduit/program to make that happen? 
If not, I'd like to put in my vote for some sort of 
compatibility/sychronization (I'd be happy with just the ability to 
both read the same data format).
