Feature Request: Uppercase as Level Style

Hello,

quite often (if not in every document) I use the per-level style 
formatting (level 1 in big and bold, level 2 bold, and so on..).
It would be nice if there would be a way to automaticaly turn, let's 
say level 1 elements, to uppercase letters as an additional
formatting option in the info palette.
