Bookmarks [Feature Request]

One of the other outliners available has a bookmark feature which 
allows you to save a view of information as a bookmark in a pull-out 
drawer. It is actually just saving a hoisted state but works well. 
Would be good if this was included in OO 3.

May not be required if there was good internal linking available 
because you could then just make your own list of bookmarks within a 
document with links to the info.

I *really* want internal linking capability.
