Windows, OPML/RSS

OPML was drafted by Dave Winer & Userland, so Userland's products 
(should) support OPML. That would be Radio Userland and Frontier (both 
run on Macs and Windows machines). Also, because of their involvement 
in the RSS world, this is why you see OPML being related to it.
