Vertical note divider

Ditto again. This alone would help me use OmniOutliner not only as a 
multicolumn outliner, but as a simple notekeeper a la Hog Bay Notebook, 
Alepin, etc.

I really don't want to use two programs to do these two different 
things, and of course only OmniOutliner can do the former....
