Alright, so far here are the export plugins people have requested
CSV
Nisus and Mellel via RTF
Shadowplan
Tinderbox
ConTEXt
Docbook
Wiki with support for numbered lists and tables
LaTeX with support numbered and un-numbered lists
Also some feel that Word import would be good to have as well.
As far as Word export goes our export is still going to be HTML based
but all of the level hooks will be exported as well as the style
information.
I suspect that once we release our plugin/applescript SDK (and probably
sooner if you're willing to dig into the app bundle) some of you folks
will step up to the plate and put some of these plugins together.
The main difficulty with building import plugins with our new system is
that the input must be XML. So yes, we are embedding an XSL engine in
Outliner 3, Xalan-c++ to be specific. Unless apps like Nisus and Mellel
provide their documents in an XML format it won't be possible to import
them unless one of our engineers spend the time to work on it.
