OO and OO.o (OpenOffice.org)

I just tried OpenOffice.org version 1.1.2. Ok, it's the typical X11 
suite, it's a huge download, etc. But it includes Impress (their 
presentation program) and I quite like it. It doesn't really work as an 
outliner but hierarchical levels are easy to work with in a given slide 
(tab/shift-tab). As others might also use OO for presentations, it 
might be worth a look.
Of course, as both OO.o and OO use XML formats, I expect some kind of 
transfer will be possible between both programs. And OO.o does MS 
Office formats: import/export.
Sooo... There's hope!
