What Else Does OO3 Have? Hotlinks?

Can you explain what you meant by this?
I am able to drag hotlinks into OO 2.2.6 and they work
but the text does not indicate it's a hotlink. So I
have been manually underlining and changing the color
or the type. This has been time consuming and there
must be a better way, in 003 I hope?

Has anybody else been using hotlinks in their OO2
outlines and does 3 have this worked out?
