Use of attatchments

I attach links to working documents all the time. For instance,

	•  finish rough draft of proposal for project x
		**link to rough draft**
	• review PDF and summarize for group
		**link to PDF**

Working in graphic design, I also paste in screen captures of relevant 
issues. For instance,

	• Colors are all messed up in some files. Investigate.
		**embedded image showing how messed up it is**

Very handy.
