For those of you not familiar with LazyWeb please take a look at

This site is a place for people to say something like "It sure would be 
nice if...." and lets other people see the requests and perhaps fulfill 
them.

Now that we've got this fancy import/export system in Outliner Pro I 
was thinking it might be fun to have a section on our Outliner site 
devoted to plugin requests that are unfulfilled. We do plan on creating 
and maintaining some plugins ourselves but we likely won't have the 
resources to deal with them all.

I'm thinking that the page would accompany the add-ons that are already 
available along with the number of requests for that plugin. Each entry 
would also link to pages describing the file format desired.

Im not suggesting a place where users could automatically add requests 
but rather a place where *I* could add requests that users have 
submitted via the normal channels.
