OO3 is more and more like 'More'

   When toggling between the note and topic columns with cmd-' or 
<enter>, the intended behavior is to put the insertion point at the end 
of the text (not to select all the text).  This was report as a bug in 
the closed betas and was fixed.  If you are still able to reproduce 
this, please send a bug to <omnioutliner3 at omnigroup.com> letting us 
know the steps you are using.
