   You can do this in both Standard and Pro by editing your default 
document template (Pro gives you the ability to have multiple 
templates, but Standard can still do this on the single template for 
new documents).  We've been discussing whether to make this the default 
in the default-default template that we ship with the application.  
Feedback on which you all prefer would be useful.
