text export -> empty file

I'm having trouble with OO3 pro text export -- on one particular 
outline, when I try to export to text, all I get is an empty file 
(using either fixed width or tab delineated text export).  All other 
export types work fine.

I see the same trouble with this outline in non-pro OO3.  I've copied 
and pasted into a clean outline, but still no luck.  I successfully 
exported to text with this same outline last week.

Other outlines (like the OO3 mini manual and release notes) don't 
have a problem exporting to text.

Has anyone else seen this?  Nothing weird in my outline, just one 
column, lots on inline notes.
