Keyboard shortcuts

I realize that Ctrl+Cmd+Rt/Left is the key combo listed in the menu,
but right and left brackets work for indent/outdent as well.  Cmd+[ or
Cmd+]. Someone may have already mentioned this to this list.

Personally, I like using the Ctrl key.  It's a simple pinky push and I
use it all time.  It can be disorientating to adjust to different
combos for the same function in different programs (or in this case,
the same function between versions), but in actuality the brain quickly
adapts.  So I don't complain.  Just the same, Photoshop and Word allow
us to define our own shortcuts for just about everything, which would
be nice to be able to do.
