This is one place where More 3.1 still outshines OO.

In More, if you do not use a number on one row of a given section, the 
numbering of the numbered rows is consecutive. OO, however, skips a 
number where there is an un-numbered row. Visually:

   1. This is the first numbered row
   - This is the second row without a number
   2. This is the second numbered row

OmniOutliner
    - An Example of Row numbering
   2. This is the first numbered row
   - This is the second row without a number
   4. This is the second numbered row

Is this something that can be changed before the next Beta?
