Adobe dumps a bunch of fonts into /Library/Application Support/Adobe/
Fonts. There's no technical reason why you can't move those .otf fonts
into a standard Fonts folder so that other applications can access them.
Check your license agreement to see if this is actually allowed under
those terms, though. blah blah blah.
