Moving focus to/from drawer with keyboard in OO3

In OO3, is there a way to move focus from the drawer to the outline 
(and vice versa) using the keyboard?

The closest I've come is to hide and re-show the drawer, which moves 
focus to the outline.  But this is awkward and doesn't solve the 
problem of moving focus from outline to drawer.
