I have no trouble using Adobe Garamond Pro with OO3 or anything else
for that matter. It is so elegant.
Check with Apple's Font Book application that it is installed and
enabled.
Also, there is no problem printing OO3 outlines as PDF and placing
those in InDesign.
Getting access to all the swash characters via character palette in OO3
is beyond me however.
You might want to try Omnigraffle for your slideshow and notes. The two
of them go together rather well as you might expect.
