What's the skinny on open -p ??

To follow up on my own earlier question about command line means for
printing HTML docs, I did find the html2ps convertor (bascially a big
PERL script) on an archive. IT works pretty well, but does not do images,
so largely useless for my purposes.

However, I did get a good suggestion, which was to use

open -p file.html

and OmniWeb should pipe the document to the printer. Unfortunately, open-p
doesn't seem to work with OmniWeb (nbor does it work with a lot of other
applications ?!? :( and I was wondering (1) is there a reason why? and
(2) can you fix it?

More specifically, is this a problem with OmniWeb, with open? With both?
It would be a really convenient feature for us (and would give me a chance
to *prove* the superiority of NeXTstep to some of the folks aroun dhere.

Thanks for any help --- Tom
