Suggestion: OmniWeb ftp calls

It should be possible to have OmniWeb keep the ftp session open when
the user connects to the  ftp sites.  Though I like the ability to
browse back to different directories, it gets tiring having to wait
for the ftp access negotiation each time you go down an new directory.

Keeping the session open would provide similar speeds to what we can
get using ftp from the command line.
