Again and again problems with OmniWeb

Hi, wonder if someone can help me with this problem, which is going on
and on...

Here is the deal. I open an URL to somewhere, the page gets loaded,
as soon as the imbedded graphics starts loading, for any reason the
ImageViewer program gets started. Then, when the graphic is loaded,
there is a crossed-out icon displayed in the window, at the place
where the graphics should be should be.

I was told to install the OmniFilter packages to ~/Library. I did
this, no change. Then, i was told to install the OmniFilter to
/LocalLibrary/Services --> No change. Now, i installed NS3.3, and
there is no change. Now, here comes the strange one: I wiped out the
OmniFiler, reinstalled them, and all was WORKING! Well, i stopped
OmniWeb and started it a few minutes later, and the same thing
happens
AGAIN, the ImageViewer get started instead of OmniWeb displaying the
images IN the page.

Please, i have no idea anymore ... And i would like to use it.
