Proxy Server set up problem

Hi there,

        I am trying to use the Omni Web on NeXTStep.. the problem here is that
we have a fire-wall.  Someone set up the proxy server on the gatekeeper, now 
that I have no idea how I can connect to this proxy server for start up.  
Please give me some information on this.  Thanks in advance
