Dear fellow OmniWebbers,
> So, here's a 20 license that will see you through until March:
Don't get me wrong.. I don't mean to flame, and I'm really looking
forward to a commercial OmniWeb. But please consider this:
I have seen to that NeXT machines (sponsored by NeXT Germany, thanks
to Peter and Reimer) are used for the registration of the third
International WWW conference. Today, they stopped working. I had
a hard time explaining.
Well.. I can sneak in the new release before they really notice.
BUT! What do you think I will be told when the browser stops working
in a couple of weeks? What advertising will this be for NeXT - will
this be a good thing for NEXTSTEP developers? I relied on a free,
non-to-buggy version of OmniWeb. It was hard enough to turn this
into a NEXTSTEP sponsoring kind of thing. Now it looks like we
get in deep deep trouble.
Hey I'll *buy* the commercial version! But give me a free public
domain one for the conference!
Sigh.
Chris
