Bookmarks.html in OmniWeb-0.9

My old version of OmniWeb expired and I just ftp'ed the new version:  
0.9.  Though I was able to use Preferences/Home Icon to reset my  
startup page to a local file
   /users/zalta/Library/OmniWeb/Start.html
However, I was unable to get OmniWeb to find my local Bookmarks.html  
file, which is in 

   /users/zalta/Library/OmniWeb/Bookmarks.html
I put the following in the little text Window for Bookmarks in  
Preferences/Home Icon:
   file:/users/zalta/Library/OmniWeb/Bookmarks.html
But when I quit and restart the program, and click on the Bookmark  
page icon, OmniWeb replies that it cannot find the file (the  
Preferences/Home Icon/Bookmark window is still set properly).
   Any ideas why the new OmniWeb can't find the Bookmarks.html file,  
even though it finds the Start.html file in the same directory?
