BUG FIXES: OmniWeb-0.9.2

Well, the morning shift came in (me) and fixed up the problems we'd
inadvertantly introduced by running NeXTSTEP 3.3, and by adding the
startup preferences at the last minute...

You should find OmniWeb-0.9.2.app.tar.gz as well as new packages
for OmniImage and OmniImageFilter in ftp.cs.orst.edu's /pub/Incoming
directory by the time you get this. The fixes are:

- OmniImage/OmniImageFilter packages were unpacking into the wrong
directory.

- A ~ in the bookmark startup preference panel wouldn't be expanded
correctly if you weren't running 3.3 (note: ~'s still won't work
anywhere a browser has to find the URL: the home page preference,
the open URL panel, et cetera).

- Changing anything in the startup preference panel would cause a
hang in a modal loop.

- Changes in the color preference panel weren't being saved (note:
you have to reload a page with commmand-u to make the colors change,
and you currently have to restart OmniWeb to get the underlining
behavior to change).

- Trying to add a local server, or even look at the proxy
preferences if you already had one would crash.

The only other thing I'm aware of that is broken is using
drag'n'drop to indent a bookmark (dragging and dropping just above
and indented to the current position). Right now this causes it to
duplicate itself and generally hoarks things up. Hit tab instead!

	Thanks for your patience,
