Problem with download, quiting OmniWeb

Mosaic does this also.  If WWW tools don't have a /tmp to dump all the images  
and icons you've downloaded, you could easily fill a 1GB drive in a few weeks.

OmniWeb 0.9.3 does have a problem, it tries to download files twice.  See  
previous postings.
