How to process .au files

I just stumbled on to another way to do this.  I have the "Run save panel on  
download" checked in Preferences.  So, when it downloads the .au file to save I  
change the name then.  The file is saved as some_sound.snd and handled  
correctly.  No need to double click or anything.  Unfortunately, it still takes  
an interaction.  Just a suggestion.
