How to process .au files

Ivan Leung's suggestion of using GISO is the best I've seen so far. I did hack on  
Opener a little bit so that I could get it to play the file and not try to open it,  
but I like the idea of using a program, like GISO, that was meant to deal with sound  
files. It will also work with other types of sound files.
