I guess I could only make this assurance if I were to lie and/or see the  
future.  I can assure you, however, that Omni will make sure OmniWeb always  
conforms to the latest standards, de facto or otherwise.

Our basic goal has been to make sure we implement all the standards as they  
are written, and then make sure we work with what people are actually  
doing.  Usually these two don't conflict, but sometimes they do; for  
example, styles aren't really supposed to be cumulative, but lots of people  
use <h1> to get bigger text inside of things like dictionaries.
