The expanded/collapsed state of each sublist of bookmarks is now  
saved, so you can set your bookmark pages up as any combination of  
expanded/collapsed sublists, save, and it'll be loaded back in that  
way.

It's true that new pages (like from 'View as Bookmarks...')  
generally starts out with everything open now (mostly because that's  
what some people asked for - strange that no one tells us to do  
things the way we've already done them) :-), so the toggle button is  
a good idea...

(For anyone who wants to manually make pages that are meant to be  
viewed in bookmark lists, there is a tag added to list elements:  
X-COLLAPSED)
