WOULD YOU STOP THE FLASHING CURSOR! IT'S DRIVING ME CRAZY!

NextStep 3.0, PR1.1, just in case it's not supposed to be flashing while  
downloading a document. BTW if multiple documents are opened, it flashes only  
when over a downloading document. It flashes with each roation of line around  
the "STOP" icon.
