formatting problem

If you submit a heading within a list to the validation service, it  
complains.  Check out:

We'll be using this religiously in the future to guide OmniWeb's parsing of  
HTML.  While we try to correct document errors on the fly, it isn't always  
clear what to do; sometimes you want to explicitly close down existing tags  
when you encounter a tag you can't deal with in this context, and sometimes  
you just want to borrow the style from the illegal tag.

When we support the <font> size tag, there won't be any need to say a line  
item is a header, which really doesn't make sense anyways.
