more crashing

PR1.1 has been acting up quite a bit, but unfortunately not in a consistent
manner, so I can't say for definite what's causing the problem. I get the
impression that having multiple windows is dodgy, even if only one is
downloading. Several times, all the windows have locked, requiring me to kill
OW - sometimes I've seen a "caught signal" message.
It's just caused my Workspace Manager to exit (bringing up the login window,
with no chance to save work in other apps). When I logged in again and tried
to restart OmniWeb, it hung trying to load the start page. Seems the process
was still running from the previous time I launched OW. When I killed that
process, the current launch completed and the console displayed this message
