Reloading pages

For what it's worth, someone I know who's using PR1.1 complains
that the reload menu option wasn't working for them. They had
to quit and restart omniweb to pick up changes in the page they
were looking at (and working on). I don't know enough of the
details to know if that was OmniWeb's fault or "operator error".
I suspect they were looking at a local file, so maybe it's
that reload works correctly on some kinds of URL's but not
on others? Sorry for the lack of detail on this, I realize
it's not very helpful...
