Sorry for not including more specifics. I assumed, apparently wrongly, that
you had heard of these problems many times before.

Here are the two biggest problems that I see using OmniWeb and a proxy
server. These are 100% reproducible at my site (which uses the CERN httpd and
has a large of number of other browsers on Mac's, PC's, and many UNIX's
working successfully).

1. Go to any page, say http://akebono.stanford.edu/yahoo/. It loads fine.
Reload the page. A "Request Failed"dialog comes up saying:
	Access forbidden by rule
	http://<proxy server here>/http://akebono.stanford.edu/yahoo/
In fact, this page can no longer be accessed by following a link to it,
using a bookmark, or even opening it by name. The only way I have found to
get back to the page is by quitting and restarting.

2. Try to go to a page that fails to load for whatever valid reason. Later,
try going to that page again. The same "Request Failed" dialog comes up
   with the message:
	Access forbidden by rule
	http://<proxy server here>/http://lycos.cs.cmu.edu/

I have seen other problems, but these are the worst in terms of their impact
on usability. All of the other problems result in the same error as the two
given above. I have seen messages on this list, and received mail from
others, that refered to this same problem. If I can provide more details that
will help you isolate this problem please let me know.
