Configuration problems

Hi all:

can anyone help me configure my OmniWeb installation correctly?

Right now I'm just able to see what my company (Sybase Inc.) is offering. I  
don't get a connection to other servers. For example I did not manage to  
connect to the page "http://lycos.cs.cmu.edu/". I just get the message: Can't  
access http://lycos.cs.cmu.edu/

It seems to be a problem with the preferences. In another WWW application  
running on a different (non-NeXT) machine I just defined the HTTP Proxi with a  
machine name and the corresponding port. And it works. What do I have to do in  
OmniWeb on my NeXT computer?
