OmniWeb 1.0 installation and a font question

I just ran into the fact that the installation of OmniWeb has the
permissions wrong on the sample bookmarks:

> # ls -l /LocalApps/OmniWeb.app/English.lproj/SampleBookmarks.html 
> -rw-r-----  1 root       13694 Mar 20 14:56 /LocalApps/OmniWeb.app/English.lproj/SampleBookmarks.html

This is fine so long as you're in root's group (or are root), but it
really should be 644 for everybody to be able to read it. 

Secondly, I found the fonts for <pre> text to be much too small on a
20" 1280x1024 monitor (I think the default font for <pre> got a lot
smaller with the last release).  An earlier post mentioned these dwrites:
	dwrite OmniWeb FixedPitchRTFFont Courier
	dwrite OmniWeb FixedPitchRTFFontSize 12
which help dramatically.  

Can these be made into a preference item?  It would be much more
convenient.  Similarly, strings finds these other potential
dwrites:
	TitleRTFFont, TitleRTFFontSize
	NormalRTFFont, NormalRTFFontSize
