OmniWeb 1.0 crashes all the time

I have found a consistent way to get the dreaded internal error dialog box.
Basically, what I do is bring up one of my own local html files.  Then I
go to a terminal window and edit the html file source.  The next thing I
do is command-U to reread in the source and wham... internal error dialog
box.  I have not completely tracked it down but I think it has something
to do with images in the html source.  It might be an interaction between
OmniWeb and OmniImage service.  Once I track it down a little further I
will report it to Lighthouse.
