This is another example of Micrsoft-think (tm)! Instead of concentrating on producing a tool
that provides features that enhance productivity, features(?) are introduced that give the
person using an application the illusion of control over their computer's environment, (e.g. the
ability to pick and choose the color of the scroll bars and panel title bars in Windows) Yeah, it
may look flashy, but does it add FUNCTIONALITY to the tool you're using or is it just the
high-tech analog of a coloring book?
