WIRED Form Error? (was Re: WIRED Forms ...)

Unless I've missed something there is an HTML error in the
Hotwired forms page <URL:
http://www.hotwired.com/newform.html>. Hope someone else will
check this too.  There seems to be a mismatched <blockquote>
... there are two  <blockquote> tags and only one </blockquote>
tag. Could this be the problem?  I know the browser Arena, which
is strict about html, did a very bad job of simply displaying the
page, much less handling the form.
