WIRED Forms Application Not working

PRE in BLOCKQUOTE.. that's really weird.. might be valid HTML though.
Someone should check it against the DTD. Any volunteers?
(I really can't right now).

And isn't there an automatic htmlchecker somewhere on one of the
"official" W3O HTML2.0 pages? That might help also sort stuff out.
