Thanks to you Wil and all at OmniWeb.  You make up for all of the  
*tough* aspects of the NeXT experience.   For once we all got to  
watch a REAL company based on customer satisfaction and product  
support work promptly to rectify a problem, rather than participate  
in a long winded deliberation on *whose* problem it really was.

Kudos to a great product, a great design, a great commitment and a  
great team that truly deserves to claim itself customer savvy.   
Bravo Omni Group, Bravo.  I only can hope for the rest of us that  
*someone* in Redwood is watching.
