openURL problem?

Hullo one and all,

A while ago the existence of the openURL command line utility within  
the OmniWeb.app wrapper was made public and now I have a need for it  
but it doesn't appear to work for me.  Here is the scenario:

OmniWeb is NOT running
I invoke openURL with some URL and OmniWeb is launched
My home page appears, but not the URL I asked for?!
I invoke openURL a second time and guess what?
My desired page appears now!

Am I missing something?

PS This is WITH the latest and greatest OmniWeb just pulled down from  
LightHouse's ftp site.
