How to deal with Gzipped Files

This URL http://www.lawlib.emory.edu/Software/unix/d-unzip-5.0.tar.gz returns
the file in the workspace and there is no way to save it.  Changing http: to  
ftp: does no good as anonymous users are not recognized.  Any suggestions on  
how to down load the file?
