HELP: Proxy servers with port ? Japanese OmniWeb ?

} I have problems on using OmniWeb 1.0 with proxy servers and  
} Japanese/Chinese WWWs.

} Details:
} I am using this proxy server to do Japanese character code conversion,  
} the http location is: http://delegate.tokai-ic.or.jp port number: 10080
} 
} How to add this to OmniWeb? There is a "port" entry in additional to  
} the "http" entry when adding proxy servers in NetScape, but I see no  
} such thing on OmniWeb.

Its only Netscape and a few others that split the port number off - why I 
don't know since adding thw port number to the host id is the standard way of 
doing things.
