I'm surprised to hear this.  I (and one other person I know) have found Robin  
Shields to be very helpful.  After the PO got through my company's red tape,  
it was faxed to her.  I then called her and she immediately emailed me the new  
license string.  Her email address is robin at lighthouse.com - good luck!
