Problems with URL

I tried to reproduce it and got a timeout - and I'm located in germany
as well (.de extension)! Maybe it's just a timeout? Should you be able
to connect to www.scn.de, try a manual telnet to port 80 and do a GET
request.. You'll see the raw HTML (resp. whatever the server replies)
which might help you further.
