PPP 2.2 is freely available for NEXTSTEP from ftp.cs.orst.edu (among other
sites), have a friend download and sneakernet it over to your computer.
You'll also need an access provider account, ask users in your local area for
recommendation on a good ISP. Any further questions should be answered by
your internet provider. In general, the best solution is to find a
knowledgable individual in your organization or local community.

The Internet Adapter does not work with NEXTSTEP and is a very bad hack to start.
