OmniWeb 1.0

I have installed the OmniWeb 1.0, along with the latest OmniImage & OmniImageFilter packages, on a Canon ObjectStation (intel hardware).

(a)
When I launch OmniWeb I get the following two "Rquest Failed" messages:
1.
No Match Found for
file: /LocalApps/OmniWeb.app/WelcomeImage.gif

2.
No Match Found for
file: /LocalApps/OmniWeb.app/Bar.gif

(b)
I do not get any icons for the button bar (the home icon, the arrows etc.) when I start at the OmniWeb:/Start.html

I do not get any icons or text on the buttons on the left of the preferences panel.

I do not get an text/icons on the buttons at the bottom of Bookmarks panel.

I shall appreciate getting any help in resolving the above.
